Returns Policy

We hope you love the item you have purchased. If you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return it within 3 days of the delivery date.
We mean what we say! All you need to do is Call us at (+92) 305-4563307 or drop an email at [email protected] within a period of 3 days, from the date of order delivery . However, you must understand that we can’t bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

To return an item, you must meet all the Return Conditions below:

Condition A

  • If the product is not as you expected/not as advertised,

Condition B

  • If the product is damaged, defective or counterfeitor
  • If your fashion product is the wrong size

The product must be returned unused, in original packaging and with all seals & tags intact. All accessories, tags and free gifts must also be returned

  • Please note that “SHEZAY 3 Day Returns Policy” does not apply to Inner wear, Lingerie, Fragrances, Beauty products, Jewelry, Swimsuits & Socks.
  • Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by SHEZAY team.
  • Custom made items, women’s intimate apparel and men’s inner wear labeled as non-returnable on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override “SHEZAY 3 Day Returns Policy.”
  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
  • The original invoice will be emailed to you. Without that, the item will not be accepted for returns.
